What MMRY AI does for your team
MMRY AI is shared memory for your team and across your AI tools. What you save is there for the teammates you share it with, and what you save in one AI tool is there in the next.

Share memory with your team
Your MMRY AI subscription belongs to your organization. An administrator invites teammates by email, and each person signs in to their own MMRY AI account.
Memories are shared with your organization by default, so what one teammate saves is there for everyone else on the account.
One memory across your AI tools
Connect Claude Code, the Codex command-line tool, ChatGPT, Claude and the other AI tools on the AI Platforms page to the same MMRY AI account. What you save in one is there in the others, so you pick up where you left off when you switch tools.
Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool connect through the MMRY AI plugin. Other AI tools connect to the MMRY AI connector at https://mmryai.com/mcp, and you sign in with your MMRY AI account.

Control who sees what
-
Choose who sees each memory
Each memory is visible to your organization, to one memory group, or only to you. You can choose when you save, change it later, and set your own default from your account.
-
Memory groups
An administrator creates memory groups, such as Backend or Leadership, and chooses who belongs to each. A memory shared with a group is seen only by its members.
-
Foundation memories
Foundation memories are the standing instructions for your account, kept by an administrator. Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool send them to your assistant with every prompt, and connected AI tools receive them whenever they use MMRY AI.
Save and find what you know
In Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool, your Foundation memories load when a session starts, and your assistant is reminded to save what is new as you work.
Ask your assistant what it remembers about a topic, and it searches your memories and answers from them.
MMRY AI stores what you save exactly as written.
A database your assistant builds while you talk
Name something your business notes again and again, such as sales leads, support issues, vendor quotes or a bakery's batch log. Your AI assistant builds a database for it, with fields named in your own words, and fills it in as you talk.
Tell your assistant about a new lead or a fresh quote, and it saves it as an entry, saying what you are tracking and giving values for its fields. Each entry is a memory that also carries named fields, such as a lead's next follow-up date or a quote's price, and your own words are kept with it.
So you can ask which support issues are still open, which quote is cheapest or how many leads are in negotiation, and get answers from the values. When a vendor revises a price, correct the entry and see every change it has been through, oldest first.
Use it in Claude Code with the MMRY AI plugin and in ChatGPT and other assistants using the MMRY AI connector, and see or correct your entries yourself at mmryai.com/records. It is one database everywhere, so a correction made in one place is true in all of them.
Formations: assistants working together
A Formation lets several AI assistant sessions work on one objective as a team. One session starts it and leads, others join, and each sees the others' short updates as it works.
A Formation can bring together sessions that belong to different teammates, or several windows run by one person. The lead hands out work, members report how it is going, and when the job is done the lead closes the Formation out and its record is saved as memories. Members can work from Windows or macOS in the same Formation.
Start a Formation from Claude Code or the Codex command-line tool. Connected AI tools such as ChatGPT can join one and take part.
Your memories stay in your organization
Memories are kept within your organization, and other organizations cannot see them.
On a paid plan, you can download your memories as a JSON file from your account.
