AI memory Lasting context, shared with your whole team

MMRY AI gives your team one shared, lasting context, kept in your organization's MMRY AI account rather than in any single chat or AI tool. When you or a teammate asks an assistant to remember something, it is saved there, shared with your organization unless you choose otherwise. Start a new chat, close the old one or move to another computer, and every AI tool you connect can find it, for you and for each teammate you share it with.

Foundation memories, your team's standing instructions, stay in your account for as long as an administrator keeps them, and your AI tools receive them every time they use MMRY AI.

Decide it once. Every AI tool you connect can find it.

Your team makes decisions in its AI tools all day: a pricing rule in ChatGPT, a naming standard in Claude Code, a review note in Codex. MMRY AI gives those tools one shared memory. When someone asks their assistant to remember a decision, it is saved to your organization's MMRY AI account. The next person to ask about it, in any AI tool they connect, on each computer where they use MMRY AI, has an assistant that finds the decision in your memories. You choose who sees each memory: your whole organization, a memory group, or only you.

Agreed in ChatGPT on Tuesday. Built right in Claude Code on Wednesday.

  1. Tuesday, 4:40 p.m.

Your finance team is in ChatGPT, working through refund policy. They settle it: refunds above a set amount need a manager's approval. Someone types: Remember this decision in MMRY AI. ChatGPT saves it to your organization's MMRY AI account through the MMRY AI connector, shared with the whole organization.

  2. Wednesday, 9:15 a.m.

A developer opens Claude Code to build the refund screen. Before writing a line, they ask: What did the team decide about refunds? Claude Code searches your memories and answers with the approval rule from finance's memory. The developer builds the approval step into the screen.

  3. Wednesday, 2:00 p.m.

A teammate reviews the change in Codex and asks the same question. Codex searches the same memories and gives the same answer.

How AI memory works in MMRY AI

  1. Connect your AI tools. Install the MMRY AI plugin in Claude Code or the Codex command-line tool. Connect ChatGPT and the other AI tools on the AI Platforms page through the MMRY AI connector. Every tool connects to your organization's MMRY AI account.
  2. Save what matters. Ask your assistant in plain words to remember something, and it saves it as a memory in your account. In Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool, your assistant is also reminded to save what is new as you work.
  3. Recall it in another tool. Ask what your team knows about a topic in Claude Code, Codex or ChatGPT. Your assistant searches your memories and answers from them.
  4. Choose who sees it. Each memory is shared with your organization by default. You can share it with a memory group or keep it to yourself.

Foundation memories: your team's standing instructions

Every team has rules it wants followed every time, such as your coding standards or how your team writes to clients. Foundation memories hold those rules for your account, and an administrator keeps them.

In Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool, Foundation memories load when a session starts. They are sent to your assistant again with every prompt, so they stay in effect from the first request of a long session to the last.

ChatGPT and the other AI tools connected through the MMRY AI connector receive them every time they use MMRY AI.

Share with the whole team, a memory group, or only yourself

Your MMRY AI subscription belongs to your organization. An administrator invites teammates by email, and each person signs in with their own login.

You choose who sees a memory when you save it. You can change that later, or set your own default from your account. The person who saved a memory decides who sees it.

How other teams use one memory

Kept in your account, ready on each computer where you use MMRY AI

Your memories live in your MMRY AI account, so they follow you from your laptop to your desktop, on Mac or Windows.

Memories are kept within your organization.

MMRY AI stores what you save exactly as written.
