AI database Tell your AI what to track. It builds the database and fills it in.
MMRY AI gives you a database your AI assistant builds and fills in for you as you talk. Name what your business needs to track, from sales leads and vendor quotes to a bakery's batch log, and your assistant sets it up with fields named in your own words. Each entry it saves is a memory that also carries named fields, such as a lead's next follow-up date or a quote's price, with your own words kept alongside. Then ask questions that depend on the values, such as how many leads are in negotiation or which quote is cheapest.

Ask your AI which quote is cheapest. It answers from the numbers.
-
Monday, 8:30 a.m.
Dana runs purchasing for a growing food producer and is collecting quotes for shipping boxes. In ChatGPT, connected to MMRY AI, she asks it to track vendor quotes in MMRY AI with the vendor, the item, the price and the date each quote expires. ChatGPT sets up the database with those fields and, as Dana asks, shares it with her Purchasing memory group.
-
Monday to Wednesday.
As each quote arrives, Dana tells ChatGPT about it in one line: Northfield, shipping boxes, 84 cents each, good until the end of the month. ChatGPT saves each one as an entry, says it belongs to vendor quotes, fills in the four fields and keeps her own words with it.
-
Wednesday, 3:10 p.m.
Northfield revises its price. Dana tells ChatGPT, and it corrects the entry. The old price stays in the entry's history.
-
Friday, 10:00 a.m.
Her colleague Sam, also in the Purchasing group, is working in Claude Code and asks: Which quote for shipping boxes is cheapest? Claude Code filters the entries by item, sorts them by price and answers with the revised Northfield quote. It is the same database Dana filled in, so Sam gets her Wednesday correction too.
-
Friday, 10:05 a.m.
Before signing, Dana opens mmryai.com/records and checks what the Northfield entry held before the revision.
How your AI database works
- Name what to track. Tell your assistant what you want to track, such as sales leads, and it sets up your database with fields named in your own words, such as company, stage and next follow-up.
- Talk, and it fills in. When you tell your assistant something that fits, such as a new lead, it saves it as an entry. It says what you are tracking and gives values for each field, and it keeps your sentence with the entry.
- Ask about the values. Ask how many leads are in negotiation, which support issues are still open or which vendor quote is cheapest. Your assistant filters and sorts your entries by their fields to answer.
- Correct and look back. When something changes, such as a quote the vendor revised, correct the entry and see every change it has been through, oldest first.
What your business can track
Anything you note again and again in the same shape belongs here. Each example below comes with a question your assistant answers from the values.
-
Sales leads
One entry per lead, with the company, the contact, the stage and the next follow-up date. Ask: Which leads are in negotiation, soonest follow-up first? Move a lead to its next stage by naming the company.
-
Customer support issues
Each issue with the customer, its priority and whether it is open or closed. Ask: Which issues are still open, highest priority first?
-
Vendor quotes
Every quote with the vendor, the item, the price and the date it expires. Ask: Which quote for this item is cheapest? Correct a price when the vendor revises it.
-
Hiring candidates
Each candidate with the role, the stage they have reached and the date of their next interview. Ask: How many candidates for this role are at the interview stage?
-
Stock counts
Each count with the item, the quantity on hand and the day it was counted. Ask: Show this item's counts in date order, so you can see how its stock has moved.
-
Client meetings
Each meeting with the client, the date, what was decided and the next step. Ask: What was decided with this client, newest meeting first?
-
Expenses
Each expense with the amount, the vendor, the category and the day it was spent. Ask: Show the expenses in one category, newest first.
-
A bakery's batch log
Every batch with the flour, the hydration and how the loaves came out. Ask: How did the batches at one hydration turn out? Ask this before you change the recipe.
-
A restaurant's recipe book
One entry per dish, with its ingredients and its cost per plate. Ask: List the dishes by cost per plate. Update a dish by name when a supplier's price changes.
What else your AI database does
-
A log
Every entry is new: each expense, each stock count, each batch from the oven. The history builds up entry by entry.
-
A list that changes
Named things that each move on their own, such as leads, candidates or dishes. Update one by its name and the rest stay as they are.
-
Answers from the values
Your assistant filters, counts and compares your entries by their fields, so you get answers about what you track as well as what was said.
-
Room to grow
Add a field to something you track later. Every entry already saved stays where it is and stays readable.
-
Wrap up cleanly
When you stop tracking something, its entries stay searchable and it stops collecting new ones.
One database, wherever you ask
-
Claude Code
With the MMRY AI plugin, ask your assistant in Claude Code to keep track of something. It sets up your database, fills it in with what you tell it and answers questions about the values. It can also correct an entry and show you its full history.
-
ChatGPT and other assistants using the MMRY AI connector
Connect ChatGPT or another assistant to MMRY AI as a connector, and it can set up what you track, save entries, answer questions about them, correct them and show what an entry held before.
-
Your account
Sign in at mmryai.com/records to see everything you track and the entries in it, correct a value yourself and see what an entry held before. Your assistant starts anything new you want to track.
It is the same database on every surface, so a correction you save in one place is true in all of them the moment you save it. An entry's history is exactly as private as the entry.
Your AI database: FAQ
What is the AI database in MMRY AI?
It is a database your AI assistant builds and fills in for you as you talk. Each entry is a memory that also carries named fields, so your assistant can filter, count and compare your entries. Your own words are kept with each entry.
Who sets up the database?
Your assistant does. Tell it what you want to track, and it designs the fields in your own words and fills in the entries as you talk.
What can my business track in it?
Anything you note again and again in the same shape, such as sales leads, support issues, vendor quotes, hiring candidates, stock counts, client meetings or expenses.
How does something I say become an entry?
Your assistant saves it as an entry by saying what you are tracking with it and giving values for its fields. That tells MMRY AI where the entry belongs and what it holds.
Where can I use it?
In Claude Code with the MMRY AI plugin, in ChatGPT and other assistants connected to MMRY AI as a connector, and in your account at mmryai.com/records. It is the same database everywhere.
Can I fix an entry that is wrong?
Yes. Ask your assistant to correct it, or fix the value yourself in your account at mmryai.com/records. Every change is kept, so you can see what an entry held before.
Is an entry still a memory?
Yes. An entry turns up when your assistant recalls or searches your memories, like any other memory.
