How your MMRY AI plan is billed, renewed and cancelled.

Overview

MMRY AI is operated by RICO Technologies, LLC. These terms describe how your MMRY AI subscription is billed, how it renews, and how you cancel it. By creating an MMRY AI account or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. An account administrator manages payment details, invoices and the subscription from Manage Billing on the account page.

The plan

MMRY AI is billed per user per month, at the price published at mmryai.com/pricing. Every user on your account adds credits to your team's shared credit pool, in the amount published there. Every request your AI tools make to MMRY AI on your account uses one credit from the pool. Signing in and managing billing, users and groups do not use credits.

An account administrator can add or remove users at any time from the account page. The page shows the price change before you confirm it. Adding users is charged for the rest of the current billing period; removing users credits the unused portion to your next invoice.

Free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial your account has the full plan, with the same credit pool as the paid plan, and nothing is charged.

When the 14 days end, your trial converts to the paid plan: every user on your account is billed for the month, and the day the trial ends becomes your monthly renewal date.

If your team uses up the trial's credit pool before the 14 days end, your paid plan starts that day instead, the same way: every user is billed for the month, the pool refills, and that day becomes your monthly renewal date.

Cancel before your trial converts and nothing is charged.

Automatic monthly renewal

Your plan renews automatically on your renewal date each month. On that day every user on your account is billed for the next month and your credit pool refills with the credits every user adds. The card on file in Manage Billing is charged, and the invoice is available there.

If the renewal payment does not go through, requests from your AI tools to MMRY AI are refused until an account administrator updates the card in Manage Billing.

Early renewal when the pool is used up

If your team uses the whole credit pool before the month ends, your plan renews early: every user on your account is billed for the next month, the pool refills, and that day becomes your new monthly renewal date. Your team keeps working without interruption.

An early renewal is a full month of the plan starting that day, not an extra charge on top of the month already paid for. It can happen more than once in a month if the pool is used up again.

Every time your plan renews early, or a trial converts to the paid plan, MMRY AI emails your account administrators with what was billed, the credits in the pool and the new renewal date.

Cancellation

An account administrator can cancel at any time from Manage Billing on the account page. Your subscription stays active until the date shown on your account page: the end of the current billing period on a paid plan, or the end of the free trial on a trial. Nothing is billed after that date.

Until that date you keep saving, loading and searching memories. On a paid plan, export your memories as JSON from the account page before then if you want a copy. See Retention and deletion in the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.

Changes to the price or these terms

If the price of the plan or these terms change, we tell your account administrators by email before the change applies to your account. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
